Booking Policy – Key Information

At NIU Clinic Portsmouth, all appointments require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your time slot. This will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day.

We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment:
 

• More than 72 hours’ notice: your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment.

• Less than 72 hours’ notice: late changes or cancellations will result in the loss of your booking fee and may incur a charge of up to 100% of the appointment cost.
   

Missed appointments and late arrivals may also result in the loss of your booking fee and require full payment before rebooking.
