Thank you for choosing us for your aesthetic treatments! To ensure a smooth experience for all our patients, please review our booking policy below:

*A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is non-refundable. This helps us reduce missed appointments.
𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜
*You can reschedule via email or messaging us on Facebook or Instagram.
*Rescheduling Fee: Any changes made with less than 7 days’ notice will incur a £20 rescheduling fee. Very last minute changes (less than 48 hours) will require a new deposit.
𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨
*Cancellations can be made by contacting us via email or through our social media accounts.
𝙇𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝘼𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙡
*If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, if we’re unable to adjust the schedule without inconveniencing other clients, you may need to reschedule, and your deposit will be forfeited.

*If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
Children
*For the comfort and safety of everyone, children are strictly prohibited from attending appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. You may be denied entry if you attend your appointment with a child.
