PRP & PRF In Portsmouth

Harness your body’s natural healing power for total skin rejuvenation.

From £136

PRP and PRF are advanced regenerative treatments that use your body’s own natural growth factors to improve skin quality, stimulate collagen, and support healing.

Often referred to as the “natural rejuvenation” treatment, PRP/PRF works from within to restore healthier, stronger, and more radiant skin—without adding synthetic products.

Treatment Information

Treatment FAQs

  • PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) are derived from a small sample of your own blood.

After processing, the concentrated platelets and growth factors are reintroduced into the skin to:

    • Stimulate collagen and elastin production

    • Improve skin texture and tone

    • Support tissue repair and regeneration

    • Enhance overall skin quality

PRF is a more advanced form, releasing growth factors more slowly for longer-lasting regenerative effects.

    • Under-eye dark circles and crepiness

    • Hair thinning and hair loss (scalp treatments)

    • Subtle volume loss (biofiller)

    • Acne scars and skin texture concerns

    • Fine lines and early signs of ageing

    • Overall skin rejuvenation

  • Dermal fillers are injectable substances most commonly consisting of hyaluronic acid. They are used to effectively add volume, smooth folds, and improve facial features, giving you a refreshed and youthful appearance.

  • Good candidates for dermal filler treatments are typically seeking to address specific areas including lip enhancement, cheek volume enhancement, tear trough filler, and non-surgical rhinoplasty. Dermal fillers can also address various signs of aging, such as deep wrinkles and folds, volume loss, and pre-jowls. Not everybody is suitable for dermal filler treatments depending on your individual case and desired outcome. Your desired outcome and suitability for the treatment will be assessed at the initial consultation.

    1. Consultation: A consultation will take place to discuss your treatment goals and medical history.

    2. Ultrasound: An ultrasound scan of the treatment area may be performed for safety and efficacy of treatment.

    3. Preparation: The treatment area is thoroughly disinfected. Numbing (cream or injections) are used to provide maximum comfort during the treatment.

    4. Injection: Once the area is prepared, the dermal filler is carefully injected beneath the skin using a fine needle or cannula. The injection process is relatively quick and usually well-tolerated. After the injections, the practitioner may massage the treated area to ensure the filler is evenly distributed. They will also assess the results and make any necessary adjustments to achieve the best result.

    5. Post-treatment care: You may experience some mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site. You will be provided with post-treatment care instructions to minimise any potential side effects and ensure the best results.

    6. Follow-up: A follow-up will be arrange after 2 weeks to ensure your treatment has healed well and assess the need for a top-up if applicable to achieve best results.

  • You will see the change immediately after your treatment! However, you will be able to see the final result after 1-2 weeks once the area heals and the filler settles into it's final position. The long-term results can last from several months to over a year, depending on the filler type, treatment area, and individual patient factors.

  • Immediate post-treatment effects may include swelling, redness, and bruising. These begin to subside within a few hours to a few days. The complete healing process usually takes 2 weeks. Following post-treatment care instructions is essential to ensure a smooth healing process and optimal results.
